Agreements

This Yearly Branding Session Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Rowan Brand Photography (the "Photographer") and the client named on the booking (the "Client"). 1. SESSION. The Photographer will provide the Client with the agreed Content Branding Session package as selected and confirmed in the client portal. 2. FEES & PAYMENT. A non-refundable retainer of $250 is due to secure the Client's spot and session date. The remaining balance is due as set out on the Client's invoice. Payment schedules are stated on the invoices issued to the Client. 3. RESCHEDULING. The Client may reschedule their session once with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability. Sessions rescheduled with less than 7 days' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee. 4. CANCELLATION. If the Client cancels more than 14 days before the session, the retainer is forfeited but any additional amounts paid may be refunded. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit all amounts paid. 5. DELIVERY. Edited images are delivered through the Client's private gallery within the timeline noted in their portal. 6. LICENSE. The Photographer grants the Client a personal, non-exclusive license to use the delivered images for their own business marketing. The Photographer retains full copyright. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. The Photographer's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the Client under this Agreement. By signing, the Client agrees to the terms above.
